What should I look for?

Get up close and personal:
- Meet the lawyer who will be running or supervising your claim.
- Ask about the claims process and what might delay or speed up the claim.
- Talk about fees and estimates and what might affect those fee estimates.
Rely on your instincts:
- No one should pressure you into signing a client agreement.
- If you need time to think through what has been said by the lawyer, say so.
